So I went to ninjitsu on Monday and explained I might have to take it easy due to doing the 3 peaks challenge at the weekend. My training partner said "Wow! The highest mountains in the country! Was it getting harder and harder to breathe at the top?" I explained that it wasn't quite that high. "Oh". He looked a little disappointed. "Well did you have like ropes and crampons and all that stuff?" "No" I explained. "We just walked up and then down again. But it really was quite difficult."
